Some parts:

 you would know that it is a common practice of mine to make vision boards as well as spend an ample amount of time (somewhat daydreaming) about the life I want for myself. What I’ve learned over the past few years is that if you change your way of thinking, you will change your life. Those things that you spend the most time thinking about, you will attract into your life.  For instance, if I’m always thinking about all of the bills that are piling up in my mailbox and how I can’t pay them, guess what… I will attract more and more bills. If you are always thinking about drama, who’s running after the man you want, who’s throwing shade on twitter or facebook and so on…guess what, you will continue to attract that drama into your life.  On the flip side, if you are constantly thinking about a goal you want to achieve, or a house, a car..a soul mate, or whatever you want…you will eventually attract those things into your life….”

Goals:Money Wise!

I reallllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyy suck at saving money! One of my goals this year is to just save my money, no more random spending. Sometimes it feels impossible because somehow or way, something always seems to come up where it just seems mandatory to spend money. But I see it like this, I have been through periods where I would get paid on Friday, blow my money that day, and have to live on 60 cents for two weeks. So if i can survive on 60 cents for two weeks, it just proves that it is possible to not have to spend money. Right now my goal is to save at least a grand(1000) by May 18, 2010. It is definitely possible as long as I am frugal with my spending.

I’m Changing!

Hello all! Welcome to the New Year! (I know I’m like, 15 days late, right?) but hey better late than never…anyway…thanks for you guys that have been with me from the very beginning when I started this weight loss blog. Although a lot has changed since then, I have still yet to reach my weight loss goal but its all still a learning process for me. While at work, I have decided that I am changing my blog into a overall, self improvement blog, instead of something just based on weight loss. I want to revamp my blog to help me accomplish my school, career, social, and self improvement goals. I hope that you guys will help me embark on this journey as this year, 2012, I want to become a better person, friend, sister, daughter, and girlfriend. I will be changing my name from IWantThis130 to AmbitionAsIKnowIt. I am hoping that making this self-improvement blog will help me keep up with the things I want in life. Something like a vision board, but online. Bare with me, as   my posts will probably be completely random, but hey, its tumblr right? I can do that . XD .

Update

Ok guys…update….i know i been gone for so long…..but im back now,… most of you are probably gone..changed names…all that good/bad stuff…  but bare with me…. ok i have a confession…ive gained so much weight as the school year has started… haven’t really had the motivation to do any exercise…anything of that sort…also i think its because by the end of summer ….i was eating fast food like everyday…. but my new plan is this….. eat as healthy as possible( limit fast food only once a week, if need be to eat it), lots of water. etc. 

doing the 100 workout(search tag if you’re not familiar) til the end of the month, then increasing it by 50 for the month of november and increasing is by 50 each month after that. i plan on doing this til at least april( spring break where im taking a trip to panama city beach with my boyfriend, best friends..) so i haveeee to look my best. ive lost a lot of weight before without trying so i know that if i put my mind to it i can do it…. i think im also going to be taking progress pictures everyday or at least try to so i can realllyyyyy so the progress. i would love by the end of this to put together a slideshow and my body has really transformed. 

although my ultimate goal is to be 130 pounds, now im really not focused on the weight loss so much, but the transformation of my body. 

starting weight : 154 

goal weight : 130
